beginners / rusty rackets
Perfect for those who are new to tennis or returning after a long break. Learn the fundamental techniques of the game in a friendly, supportive environment with others at a similar level.
Sessions cover the basics of forehand, backhand, serve and volley, building your confidence and skills so you can start enjoying rallies and games.
Improver / Intermediate
For players who can rally and serve but want to develop their technique, consistency and tactical awareness. These sessions help you take your game to the next level.
Work on shot selection, movement, positioning and match play in a supportive group environment.
